CONDITIONS FOR RETURN AND REFUND


Please read this document carefully. It contains your rights, obligations and important information relating to the return of products you have purchased via this web site.

Parties
Seller : Zolamoda 
Köseliören Tekstil Ltd. Şti, resident at the address “Azimkar Sokak No. 42 Laleli - Istanbul / Turkey” 
Buyer : Fimka customers who have an active membership on and purchased via the website www.Zolamoda.com

Conditions of Product Exchange
Exchange of products purchased from Zolamoda only applies to defective products and is limited to stocks.

The request for exchange will apply within 2 (two) business days of your receipt of your order and under the conditions entitled “Conditions to be Required for Products to Be Returned”, which is attached hereto. As it will not be possible to exchange out-of-stock products, the product cost will be debited to your account.

Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER is entitled to exercise its right of withdrawal within 7 (seven) days of the delivery of the product or products hereunder to the person/company at the address designated by it during its website membership.

In order for the right of withdrawal to be exercised, a notice must be sent to the e-mail account ecommerce@Zolamoda.com within 7 (seven) days and the product must be unused and unpacked.

In case of the exercising of this right, the original invoice for the product delivered to the 3rd person or the BUYER must also be returned. The product will be returned to the SELLER within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the notice regarding the right of withdrawal. Within the same period, appropriate action will be taken in accordance with the “Return Process Stages” after checking the products for any defects.

Reasons for Return Other Than Right of Withdrawal
Zolamoda puts customer satisfaction first.

You can return defective, faulty and incomplete products within 2 (two) business days of your receipt of your order provided that they meet the following terms and conditions.

If you claim that there are defective products in your order delivered to you, it is important that you notify us within 2 (two) business days at the latest. Otherwise, Zolamoda will not be held liable for sending such defective product. This provision will apply under the rules entitled “Conditions to be Required for Products to Be Returned” and “Refund”, which are attached hereto.

Conditions to be Required for Products to Be Returned:
•The packaging of the product to be returned must be undamaged, the product itself must not be used and damaged due to user error. 
•All accessories, carrying bags, special packaging materials, labels and Fimka Product Barcodes of the product that you wish to return must be delivered undamaged and complete along with the product. 
•We do not accept returns of products that are subject to hygiene conditions such as cosmetics and personal care products, furs, evening gowns (formal dress), underwear products, swimsuits and bikinis.
•The cost of returned product/products will be refunded once the products enter the warehouse, after checking their compliance with the “conditions of return”. You can find detailed information on this issue under the “Refund” section, which is attached hereto. 
•When your order is delivered by UPS, DHL, Aramex or FEDEX, you must open your package before the delivery person and check the product. This is very important especially for crushed, torn, opened or wet packages.If you end up with a defective product in an unexpected case, you must not take delivery of the package and arrange for it to be returned to us by the cargo company accompanied by an official report issued by the delivery person. This condition will also apply for customers using their own special cargo companies. 
•BUYERs using their own special cargo companies will be solely liable for any and all damages caused by such cargo companies as well as for all related expenses associated with the transport of and refund for the returned product.

Refund
•Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for your refund to be cleared on your credit card or account. 
•Zolamoda may not be held liable for when the related payment system will issue a refund to the BUYER. The legal liability of Zolamoda is the date on which it orders the related payment system to issue the refund.
•In case of any delay in the clearing of the refund on your account or credit card, you can get detailed information from your bank with the Return Number contained in the information e-mail that we have sent to you. 
•In case of failure to send the original invoice, the VAT and other legal obligations, if any, will not be returned to the BUYER. The export, delivery and transport costs of the returned product, as well as all related bank expenses and commission amounts associated with other payment systems, will be borne by the BUYER. 
•As the vouchers and promotional coupons that you use in your order for your returned products are periodic and for one-time use only, they will become invalid and not be reusable. Points used for Fimka Points, on the other hand, will be credited to your account depending on the reason for return.

Stages for Return Process 
1-Subject to the foregoing, the Customer may ask for a refund within 7 days. 
2-Factors constituting the request for return, along with product photos, will be e-mailed in detail to ecommerce@Zolamoda.com 
3-During the return process, the E-Commerce Customer Relations Department may feel the need to talk to the BUYER on the phone. Therefore, the Buyer must also provide a valid telephone number. 
4-Zolamoda will consider the request for return upon preliminary examination, which is detailed under the section entitled ““Conditions to be Required for Products to Be Returned.”
5-The customer will be notified of the result of the evaluation in writing by e-mail. 
6-Products to be returned will be sent by the Buyer at its own expense (cargo expenses, etc.) to the Fimka Store Return Address accompanied by a return invoice, or delivered by hand. (Provisions of the section herein entitled “Refund” will apply.) 
7-For refunds, provisions of the section herein entitled “Refund” will apply.
